Each adult over the age of 18 must complete a separate application.

Completed application documentation can be submitted in various methods:
- By mail: to our leasing office at 206 E. Laurel Street, Bellingham, WA 98225. Include both the completed Screening Application and signed Rental Criteria. *Application fees must be delivered to the lock box: PO Box 94734, Seattle, WA 98124-7034
